Clark James Insurance Recruitment have a truly unique role ideal for someone looking to combine their existing Insurance experience with their interest in the Beauty Industry. You MUST have previous Insurance experience, or the client won’t accept the CV unfortunately, this could be either Personal Lines or Commercial. The role is heavily customer services and working off a web based quote and buy system. The person will be trained in how to administer various insurance policies so accuracy and attention to detail is a key skill needed for this role as you are handling live internet based data. The bulk of the role will be answering telephone queries from clients and referring issues onto insurers. We are looking for someone who can think for themselves and use initiative to highlight the areas that they need to improve on or develop and use a little creativity when it comes to new projects or marketing techniques.
