The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The successful Leadership & Development Manager will play a pivotal role in improved colleague engagement, people outcomes, and better business performance. Some duties will include:

Owning the creation and delivery of an effective learning framework for leadership & behavioural development, actively evolving the approach to reflect internal insight and emerging practice externally

Leading a multi-skilled team of development practitioners and administrators, coaching, encouraging, and inspiring them to be at their best

Leading the scoping, design, planning, delivery, and evaluation of Leadership learning interventions, targeting the needs and requirements of key colleague segments (from individual contributor through to Executive) at different life stages
The individual should have experience working in a large-scale organisation within Leadership Development, be a qualified coach at Level 5 and be experienced in managing/developing a team as well as excellent communication skills.
