Key Responsibilitiesa) Provides feedback about how reception and administrative procedures work in practice in the CAU to help with identifying improvements.b) Books patients that attend the CAU onto the computer system and makes appointments for follow up clinics. Assists with photocopying and posting of letters as required to various agencies.c) Assists new staff recruited to the reception team by demonstrating own duties and explaining procedures and standards.d) Participates in the performance development review process, and attends training courses that are mandatory and for personal development.e) Has a responsibility in ensuring the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of patients, relatives and colleagues is respected at all times or responsibility for the maintenance of equipment, buildings or other physical assets.
