Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across the organization. This role will focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning technical initiatives with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, Agile methodologies, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Ensure projects are executed according to best practices in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, product, design, and operations teams.

  • Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactively resolve conflicts, dependencies, and roadblocks affecting project progress.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, and risk registers.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.

  • Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.

  • Previous start-up experience would be an advantage.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

  • Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with engineering teams.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

  • Ability to work with C-level executives, technical leads, and external partners.

  • Strong ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
