Head of Business Architecture (Insurance Industry Experience)

You will join a successful international insurance company who specialise in commercial insurance and reinsurance products. My client is looking for an experienced Head of Business Architecture to join their Transformation and Change Delivery Operations team to play a crucial role in shaping the alignment of business capabilities and operating models with regional and global objectives. You will be responsible for defining and driving best practices, methods and standards for business analysis.

Main responsibilities:

• Providing design authority support in the evaluation of alignment between strategic objectives and transformation
• Transformation and strategic alignment
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and to ensure that business architecture aligns with organisational goals
• Establish and maintain a framework for business architecture and business analysis practices
• Participate within the governance of transformation initiatiives
• Manage 3 direct reports

Requirements:

• Experience in business architecture and business analysis with a focus on enterprise level strategy and design.
• Strong insurance industry background with global delivery experience
• Experience in delivering business model or operating model changes within the insurance industry
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience delivering high profile, large programmes of Business Architecture, Analysis and Strategy work
• Leadership experience
