Digital Advertising and Partner Manager β 12 Month Contract

Weβre looking for a dynamic and strategic Digital Advertising and Partner Manager to join a high-impact team at the forefront of native advertising and digital monetization on an initial 12-month contract. π
In this role, youβll lead the execution of advertising initiatives, manage partner relationships, and ensure seamless operations across lead generation, technical integrations, billing, and performance analysis. Youβll collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and shape the future of digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- π§ Oversee native advertising monetization integrations in collaboration with developers, vendors, and market teams.
- π€ Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on product capabilities and strategic direction.
- π Deliver monthly business performance reviews and lead discussions on growth opportunities with external stakeholders.
- π οΈ Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure operational efficiency across advertising systems.
- πΌ Support revenue optimization through accurate forecasting, invoicing, and partner coordination.
- π Stay ahead of industry trends and provide strategic input on internal tools and reporting systems.
- π― Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that drive yield and partner satisfaction.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, operations, sales, or publisher management.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, platforms, and buying models (RTB and reserved).
- Experience with native advertising is a plus.
- Strong Experience across PowerBI and Excel
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across business development, finance, engineering, and legal.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Technical proficiency in advertising platform setup and management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
- π Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
