We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a permanent basis.

Summary of the Parts Administrator role:

  • Salary: £28,000 - £29,600
  • Job Location: Biggleswade
  • Type of Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hour working week, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities of the Parts Administrator:

  • Promote and prepare parts quotations and Sales orders.
  • Chase and progress supplier orders and back orders.
  • Liaise with engineers.
  • Create internal and external invoices.
  • Raise warranty orders, Sales orders, work orders, purchase requests and invoices both internally and to customers.
  • Process warranty claims.

Requirements for a successful Parts Administrator:

  • Experience within a similar role previously.
  • Experience within the construction plant or transport industry.
  • Excellent administration skills with experience in raising orders.
  • Administration experience previously is essential.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills with experience using Word and Excel.
