We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a permanent basis.
Summary of the Parts Administrator role:

Responsibilities of the Parts Administrator:
- Promote and prepare parts quotations and Sales orders.
- Chase and progress supplier orders and back orders.
- Liaise with engineers.
- Create internal and external invoices.
- Raise warranty orders, Sales orders, work orders, purchase requests and invoices both internally and to customers.
- Process warranty claims.
Requirements for a successful Parts Administrator:
- Experience within a similar role previously.
- Experience within the construction plant or transport industry.
- Excellent administration skills with experience in raising orders.
- Administration experience previously is essential.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills with experience using Word and Excel.
