An award-winning, Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to lead a small team within their busy residential conveyancing department. This fee-earning role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of team leadership and a passion for property law.
Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the progression of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.

Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth property transactions.

Conduct legal research and draft various conveyancing documents.

Monitor and manage the team’s caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met.

Provide exceptional client care, maintaining the firm’s outstanding reputation.

Proven experience in residential conveyancing.

Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team.

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Commitment to providing high levels of client service.
