Description What You’ll Do Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs, ensuring timely responses and solutions. Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise customers. Monitor customer health and satisfaction, identifying risks and opportunities for expansion. Track customer feedback, goals, and milestones, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
