Our Vocational Skills Coaches play a vital role in inspiring and coaching learners in their industry fields, supporting them through both theory and practical work, mostly online via Microsoft Teams, with occasional in-person meetings.

Key Duties

  • Plan and deliver training programs with regular learner progress reviews
  • Maintain accurate learner records and reports
  • Facilitate functional skills qualifications and provide feedback
  • Offer career progression advice and support
  • Ensure quality standards and operational consistency
  • Build and maintain relationships with learners and employers
  • Participate in quality assurance activities
  • Drive self-generation and promote the Learning Curve Group brand
  • Adhere to safeguarding, diversity, and confidentiality policies

Performance Indicators

  • Maintain caseload of up to 42 learners
  • Retention and achievement rates
  • Timely contact with learners and employers
