Workshop Manager

Workshop Manager Crayford £45,000 Mon- Fri Perm My client based in Crayford are looking to recruit for a Workshop Manager to join their team. You will be in charge of building your own workshop station area in the new warehouse along with managing a couple of team members. You will be required to test all products that go out to clients to hire and test those products when they come back. You need to come from a hire company with electrical testing experience. Day to day of the Workshop Manager: Testing all products that come in and out of the warehouse. Ordering spare parts and fixing products when required. Filling out safety leaflets and attaching these to tested products with instructions. Creating a streamlined process to ensure all goods are testing in line with h&s. Notifying clients regarding damages and drawn up damage charges if required.Requirements of the Workshop Manager: Workshop Manager experience in a hire company. Strong electrical knowledge. Able to manage a small team. Will support other team members with wider duties outside of the above. Able to use your initiative.
