Are you a Residential Conveyancer seeking a new role offering Partnership? Our client is an established high street practice offering a range of legal services including Property, Private Client, Family law and Litigation. You will be taking over an existing caseload of freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownerships, matrimonial and probate sales. Any additional experience with lease extensions or enfranchisement would be an advantage. The successful individual will be supported by an additional conveyancer and secretarial support. You must be familiar with Case Management systems (particularly “DPS”) and be IT literate.
