Location: Lundies House and Kinloch Lodge, with wider regional properties across Sutherland

Hours: 48 hours per week; permanent; full time or part time or seasonal available.

Hourly Rate: £13.72 for 18-years onwards

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with Back-of-House responsibilities. Key duties include operating our dishwasher and glass washer machines and maintaining a clean and organised Back-of-House area. Additionally, you will be responsible for re-stocking log baskets and the Fire-pit area and aiding in the end-of-shift clean-down.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• We value a warm, friendly manner and a willingness to collaborate within a supportive team.
