About the client Our client within Financial Service is looking for a Collections Agent to join their busy Customer Support Team working in a fast-paced environment. Collections Agent Duties & Responsibilities * Provide first-class support for inbound and outbound calls, emails, webchats, and other correspondence * Assist customers facing financial challenges, identifying fair and appropriate solutions * Adhere to company policies and guidelines * Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment, consistently achieving service level KPIs and exceeding targets. Collections Agent Skills & Experience * Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment * Track record of exceeding KPI Targets * Ability to embrace change and adapt to new ideas/environments * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Computer Systems * High levels of accuracy/attention to detail What’s on offer * 25 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) * Flexible Working * Pension Scheme * More available on request!
