The Opportunity This top 100 national law firm are looking for a construction disputes lawyer based in their London office on a 12m FTC. The construction team consists of 5 Partners and operates out of the firms national offices: London, Leeds, Bristol and Birmingham. The Role You will be involved in advising on a wide range of construction dispute matters, ranging from traditional final account/loss and expense type claims, to significant defect issues and PFI/projects disputes. Their panel appointments mean that you will have the opportunity to work on high value, complex instructions, including local authorities, NHS Trusts and housing associations. The wider relationships within the construction team will also expose you to working within the wider construction industry, including developers, funders and contractors.
