An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operator to join a well-established medical device company located in Livingston.
Reporting to the Packing Supervisor, the successful candidate will assist and support the execution of operations within the production site in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, GMP and GDP to ensure an effectively running production. The role holder will work proactively in close collaboration with Quality Assurance and other relevant departments, ensuring all health and safety/COSHH regulations are adhered to.
Key aspects of the role:
- Carry out packing procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately complete all batch record documentation in accordance with GDP and GMP principles.
- Immediately report faults/equipment downtime within the functional area to the immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
- Clear and concise communication of all non-conformities or other quality-related issues to the immediate supervisor and/or quality assurance department.
- Ensure that the work area is kept clean and tidy at all times and that all required tools and resources are available within the functional area.
