Are you looking for a fulfilling & rewarding career? Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our exceptional team in Colchester. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, 37 hours a week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,582 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Support Worker role:
Smithfield is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities. We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care. You will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. Due to the clients you will be supporting, a full UK drivers licence is required for use with our client and fleet vehicles.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week with a mix of early, late and some nights, on a rota which will include weekends and bank holidays.
