Our client – A next-generation CleanTech scale-up that’s reshaping how energy is consumed, stored, and shared across the UK. Founded by leaders in the renewable energy space, they’ve built a powerful ecosystem that connects solar, battery storage, EV charging, and grid services into one intelligent platform, empowering households and businesses to take control of their energy future.

Role Summary – You’ll be the engine behind the client’s social selling and professional engagement strategy, driving conversations with key decision-makers, managing the social presence of senior leadership, and supporting ABM efforts across high-value accounts. This is an ideal role for someone who’s naturally proactive, understands how to generate leads via LinkedIn and social platforms, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities –

  • B2B Community Engagement & Growth
  • Build and grow the client’s professional network on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Support the online visibility of senior stakeholders by managing and curating their social presence.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot/Salesforce to identify prospects and create meaningful interactions.
  • Convert social engagement into qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) for the commercial team.
  • Track performance across key metrics like conversion rate, engagement, and pipeline value.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create compelling content: thought leadership, partnership announcements, case studies, and event-led campaigns.
  • Align social strategies with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and GTM goals.

Requirements –

  • 3+ years of B2B lead generation experience in CleanTech, EV charging, energy management, or battery storage.
  • Proven track record of using LinkedIn and social platforms to generate real sales leads.
  • Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Confidence to pick up the phone post-webinar, follow up on warm leads, and build real commercial momentum.
  • Someone who can take initiative, own the process, and drive measurable outcomes.
