Finance Manager – Short-Term Contract Location: Head Office (Hybrid/On-site) Start Date: 9th June 2025 End Date: 30th September 2025 Hours: 35 per week Department: R2R Team 🧾 Overview: We’re recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the R2R (Record to Report) team on a short-term basis to support with increased workload during a key delivery period. This is a critical role within the R2R function, involving collection, validation, and reporting of financial data, along with strategic support to senior management. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: * Support the setup and development of R2R processes. * Deliver day-to-day finance activities alongside the Senior Finance Manager. * Provide clear financial information to senior stakeholders and business unit leads. * Assist in identifying cash flow and working capital risks and opportunities. * Analyse and flag balance sheet risks and opportunities. * Liaise with central finance and other key functions. ✅ Ideal Candidate: * Strong communicator, confident presenting financials to non-finance stakeholders. * Experienced in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic support at a senior level. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. * Familiar with large corporate structures or project-led finance setups
