My client are seeking an experienced Administrator (Ideally with experience within financial services - although not essential) to join their team on a part-time permanent basis. You will be working 15 hours a week - ideally 5 hours a day over 3 days.
Responsibilities
- Providing a professional and distinctive customer service (external and internal) regarding new client contracts.
- Processing contract tasks in terms of contract takeover.
- Initiating customer credit control reports.
- Collating and maintaining customer and contract data in our IT systems, such as address/banking details, change of internal contract codes related to contract management, insurance or legal requirements.
- Maintaining an up-to-date diary ensuring timely execution of tasks relating to Novation / Contract transfers.
- Ad hoc administration duties.
