Logistics Manager

Location: Oxford, OX4 Position: Logistics Manager Project: 1 Year plus Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager for an ongoing project based in Oxford (OX4). This is a crucial role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing and delivering key logistical duties required by the site supervision team. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Managing site logistics and ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries and movements on site * Liaising with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely supply of materials * Planning and organising site access and traffic management * Overseeing waste management, storage, and security of materials and equipment * Implementing and maintaining site health & safety standards * Assisting with site inductions and coordinating permits when required ✅ Requirements: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) * First Aid at Work * CSCS Management Card * Proven experience in a Logistics Manager or Site Supervisor role * Strong background in construction logistics * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions 📍 About the Role: This is an ongoing project with a reputable construction company.
