Position: Estate Security Officer

Salary: £32,589 + 10% bonus + great benefits package

Position Overview: As an Estate Security Officer, you will be crucial in maintaining the residents and visitors safety and well-being while contributing to a community that values excellence, security, and refined living. Work with the Security Officers in your team to ensure all security records during your shifts are kept up to date
Assist the Estate Security Manager/Team Leaders in developing and sharing \’best practice\’ and use of systems and tools to improve service effectiveness
Use CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems following SOP\’s
To be trained and use body camera during your shift

SIA and CCTV SIA licence required
At least 2 years experience in Corporate or Estate Security and customer service
