Are you an experienced Design Coordinator within the construction sector looking for an exciting new challenge working on bespoke commercial fit out projects? My clients are market leaders at bringing vacant spaces to life and ensuring designs improve productivity and well being. Their commercial process starts with work space consulting, space planning and design and finishes with consistently high quality project delivery. The Role for a Design Coordinator As a Design Coordinator you will be working on commercial fit outs / refurbishments and office-to-residential conversions, providing a unique turnkey solution. Sitting in the Design team you will be working closely with the project teams consisting of in-house planners, architects and quantity surveyors to ensure a superior client outcome and experience. The role will involve overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept development to final delivery, and you will be expected to provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project life cycle. My clients office is located in Leeds. However, the role would require national travel to visit projects with sites currently being in Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield, Manchester, Harrogate, Nottingham and Reading.
