Kennet Solutions are looking for a Freelance Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Highways and Civil Engineering contractor in South West London. You will be responsible for:
- Checking Subcontractor payment applications
- Assisting Senior QS with Application for payments to client
- Supporting with payment certifications
- Using the CONFIRM (Works Order Management System) to compare photos of jobs with the claims being made by subcontractors
- Site Visits to undertake measurements
To be eligible for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Full UK Driving License
- Full Right-to-Work in the UK
