Kennet Solutions are looking for a Freelance Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Highways and Civil Engineering contractor in South West London. You will be responsible for:

  • Checking Subcontractor payment applications
  • Assisting Senior QS with Application for payments to client
  • Supporting with payment certifications
  • Using the CONFIRM (Works Order Management System) to compare photos of jobs with the claims being made by subcontractors
  • Site Visits to undertake measurements

To be eligible for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Full Right-to-Work in the UK
