Do you have a successful track record in managing HR projects, people data, reporting and analytics? Are you experienced in HRIS and/or rostering systems, designing or interpreting dashboards and data visualisation and can use AI tools in day to day practice? You will be reporting to the Director of HR and OD and working with a team of 9 in HR, responsible for managing People Projects and being the main point of contact for the integrated HR and rostering system, post implementation, developing, training, customer service and ongoing support for people services. You will lead the development, integration and management of digital solutions across all people processes, driving improvements in recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement data reporting and compliance.

This HR / People Projects and Digital Manager Position offers Hybrid Working 1-2 Days per week East Kent based with some travel to other sites (Kent and South London) 12 months FTC (Part-time 4 days per week also available).

As a People Projects and Digital Manager, you will be involved in:

  • Lead and coordinate short-term people and organisation development (POD) projects, specifically time-bound initiatives such as employee surveys, colleague transfer processes, implementation of wellbeing and engagement interventions.
  • Monitor project performance, track progress against key indicators, and report on outcomes and risks to ensure continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Identify workforce trends and provide actionable insights to guide people strategy.
  • Develop, manage and analyse people data dashboards (e.g., retention, absence, equality and diversity, workforce capacity).
  • Analyse contract types, shift patterns, flexible workforce patterns, agency use, peak periods and other relevant workforce patterns for oversight and to inform decision-making.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly people analytics and reports to the Director of People & Organisation Development.
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation and roll-out of digital systems and people-related tools, including training, communication, and post-implementation support.
  • Managing effective digital communication campaigns to support POD initiative.
  • Act as the internal super user for all POD-related systems and digital projects including HRIS, digital rostering systems, AI tools and other HR systems and platforms.
  • Develop process automations, e.g. compliance reminders, POD process flows, self-service onboarding.
  • Provide insights to inform recruitment, restructuring, succession, and skills development strategies.

Your experience of working with HRIS, HR Data, using Power BI or Tableau or similar, will ensure success in this role.
