Job Description The Role Commercial Property – Associate Solicitor – up to £60,000 salary This award-winning practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive client base consisting of SME’s including a number of investors, developers and lenders. Due to the expansion of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate with 2-6 years PQE who will be will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance. The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.
