As Critical Raw Materials (CRM) Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a diverse and talented department specialising in Allergy, Biochemistry and Chemistry processes that are part of the immunoassay manufacture.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide the leadership required to drive CRM operations and develop the department productivity to meet future needs.
  • Maximise staff contribution and develop individuals to their full potential by providing effective coaching/mentoring and appraisal.
  • Uphold the highest standards of GMP and safety ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards applicable Health and Safety legislation.
  • Ensure the department meets agreed targets for product quality, product availability, output, timeliness and cost.
  • Create budgets and forecasts to the dates required and control costs within agreed limits.
  • Drive and lead continuous improvement activities for the benefit of the wider organisation.
Your Skills & Experience:
  • Educated to Masters Degree level or above in relevant disciplines (Chemistry/ Biochemistry).
  • Formal Leadership & Management training desirable.
  • Experience of Manufacturing Management in a GMP environment.
  • Experience of People Management and Development.
  • Experience of Regulated Industry and Quality compliance.
