The Company: Our client is an established Tier 1 Regional Main Contractor based in Lancashire with projects located all around the Midlands.
The Role: Due to a number of new projects coming on board, our client operates within 3 key sectors; Health, Education & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £15 million. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Regional Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
The Candidate:
- Experience of commercially & contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £15 million.
- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor.
- Reside within commutable distance of Staffordshire, Cheshire, West Midlands and Derbyshire.
- Experience of working within the construction industry for a Main Contractor.
