Teaching Assistant

Role: Teaching Assistant Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications) About the role: Heart of Supply is looking for calm, caring and committed Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a variety of schools in Lincoln. You’ll play a key role in helping children thrive, both academically and emotionally. As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with class teachers to support learning, manage behaviour and provide individualised attention to pupils who need it most. Whether assisting in small groups or offering 1:1 support, your patience, adaptability, and positive attitude will make a real difference in the school day. About the school: Heart of Supply work in partnership with a wide network of welcoming, well-supported schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, including primary and secondary schools, academies, local authority provisions and specialist SEND settings.
