Project Manager – High Growth Disruptor Brand Hybrid working, 3 to 4 days per week based in either Hertfordshire or Central London Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Life Insurance, and Holiday Our client, one of the fastest-growing and most innovative brands in the UK, is seeking to bring on board an Project Manager to support the coordination, management, and execution of new and existing product development, optimization, and project delivery. This role involves liaising with various internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Product and play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, ensuring clear communication, and contributing to the growth and success of our clients product team. Primary Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and manage a trend-focused calendar and pipeline for new and existing projects. Drive the development and management of product concepts across categories, ensuring they align with Cost of Goods (COG) targets. Oversee all aspects of projects to ensure timely delivery, scope alignment, and budget adherence. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (product, procurement, brand, and growth) and external partners, fostering clear communication and seamless collaboration. Monitor and control project budgets to optimize resource efficiency while maintaining financial discipline. Ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met, consistently upholding the brand’s high standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and have access to necessary information. Proactively identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Champion innovative ideas and strategies that align with and advance organizational objectives. Provide regular status reports to the Head of Product, ensuring transparency on progress, challenges, and achievements. Position Requirements: A project management certification (PMP, Prince2, CAPM etc). A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management ideally gained within a D2C or FMCG environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
