Our client is seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a designated patch, providing a high-quality service to tenants and residents across the borough. The Role As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you will: Deliver a neighbourhood-based housing service, managing rent arrears and addressing anti-social behaviour (ASB). Conduct property and estate inspections, ensuring council properties are maintained to a high standard. Support tenants in meeting their tenancy obligations, taking enforcement action when necessary. Promote community cohesion and engagement through active collaboration with tenants and residents. Manage void properties efficiently, minimizing turnaround times and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements.
