  • Liaise with OEMs (Windriver and Redhat) to align on design and core build activities.
  • Enable day two resource to support clusters in early life support.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to customer operations teams.
  • Ensure alignment with automation framework for integration and zero touch provisioning at scale.

What we are looking for:

  • Work with Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes) team for cloud-native deployments.
  • Experience in bare metal deployments leveraging automation and ZTP (zero touch provisioning).
  • Have a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude with a strong sense of initiative with the ability to learn fast and deal calmly with situations under pressure.
  • Have strong organization and planning skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with VMware (Vsphere / VSAN / NSX-T) and migrations/replatforming from VMware into Redhat/Windriver.
  • For OpenShift, experience with their TNC reference architecture is a big plus.
  • From a networking perspective, MetalLB and service mesh (Istio).
  • For Storage, experience with Pure and Portworx would be good.
