Job Description
Our client, a design and build contractor specialising in bespoke residential projects, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Kent. This family-run business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality new build, refurbishment, and extension projects, offering clients a seamless service from concept to completion.
This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of residential developments, manage costs, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction and be confident in all aspects of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
Quantity Surveyor – Benefits

Quantity Surveyor – Role Overview
- Manage project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts
- Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender documentation
