Interim Group Financial Controller - M&A

We are delighted to be supporting an international business c100m t/o as they seek an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This is a broad and pivotal role, supporting the CFO with both business-as-usual activities and the company’s exciting growth and acquisition plans.
Lead Group financial control and external reporting
Support group-wide projects, including the integration of new acquisitions into the business and finance team
Liaise with the Board and divisional management to ensure optimal financial performance
Lead and develop a small Group finance team
Qualified accountant with a strong academic background
Proven experience as Group Financial Controller or Group Reporting Manger within an international SME
