Solicitor (Litigation) On behalf of our client, a leading Solicitors Practice, with a reputation built over 50 years in the legal profession, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This progressive organisation cover all high quality legal solutions and the postholder can expect a competitive remuneration package reflective of skills and experience. You will need: At least 1-5 years PQ experience Driving licence A thorough knowledge of a broad spectrum of litigation including personal injury in both County Court and High court. Excellent communicator, team player and ability to manage challenging clients with empathy. Job role Communicate with other team members, support staff and finance department as well as local and national clients, referees and other third parties. Plan and prioritise case and file management of clients Adhere to the firms financial policies of time recording, invoicing and debt recovery. Maintaining existing clients and high standards of client care Developing and taking part in marketing and networking initiatives Assisting Head of Department and other team members as required including holiday cover Conduct and develop caseload of clients under general supervision.
