UK Growth Role Opportunity to build new region About Our Client An exciting SAAS organisation with a growing global presence. The opening of the UK region is the next step in their growth story. Job Description As Sales Director UK, you will: Drive the sales strategy for the UK market Maintain and develop existing UK relationships with key clients Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and brand in the UK Lead and inspire a small sales team and recruit in line with business growth Represent the company at industry events and conferences Forecast and report on sales performance, aligning with the company’s business goals and objectives Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities The Successful Applicant The successful Sales Director UK should have: Proven track record in direct Enterprise selling, working with multiple stakeholders A track record in growth, preferably working for an SME where building a brand has been key A background in IT SAAS solution selling, ideally with some hardware experience too Experience in areas such as Telematics, Access Control, and Workplace solutions would be advantageous where hardware and software play a part in the overall solution Ideally experience selling directly but also working and selling via strategic partners and alliances Some sales leadership experience and a background in growing a new country region would be advantageous Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders and negotiate via partners Ability to travel to London clients and prospects, along with the rest of the UK (please note this is a remote working role initially) What’s on Offer A competitive salary package up to £130,000 If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and lead our UK sales team, we’d love to hear from you.
