Location: Preston

Salary: £16 per hour PAYE

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: Nights Start times between 18:00 – 21:00 Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are currently seeking 5 HGV Class 1 Night Drivers to join our team at a respected and growing logistics provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, professional drivers who are looking for consistent night work with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trunking and depot-to-depot deliveries
• Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with all DVSA regulations
• Accurate completion of paperwork and use of tachograph
• Communicating effectively with transport planners and other team members

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience preferred
• A good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
• A flexible and professional attitude
