Housing Surveyor

Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Housing Surveyor ??? to join our team based in Kirkby in Ashfield . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £31,067 – £33,366 per annum (pay award pending). We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team player to work in a busy and diverse repairs section. Key responsibilities of our Housing Surveyor: You will be required to carry out technical inspections, assessments and surveys of the housing stock, property and land, including permission requests, recharges and joint visits with our Tenancy section. What we\’re looking for in our Housing Surveyor: The successful applicant will have previous experience of repair diagnosis in domestic properties.
