Your Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside Specialist Tutors and Learning Support Workers in a college setting designed for students aged 16+ who require additional support. This role involves assisting learners with their educational, communication, and therapeutic needs while encouraging positive behavior. The college offers access to a variety of excellent facilities and partners with local charities and employers to provide enriching experiences.
