Job Description Due to growth my client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join this successful SME business. Birmingham office location – 1-2 times per week, with travel to other sites monthly. Up to £75k + Benefits As the newly appointed, stand alone, HR Manager you will have an opportunity to shape and define the people strategy for the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business you will design and deliver people solutions across talent, development, engagement, and recruitment. The role will also support acquisitions and subsequent integration’s and organisational design work. As an experienced HR Manager you will have experience across the breadth of a full HR generalist remit, as well as experience of acquisitions and integration.
