You’ll join as a Graduate Consultant and be trained to become a full 360° Executive Search professional. Interviewing high-calibre candidates, understanding their goals, motivations, and matching them to career-defining opportunities. Building relationships with senior-level clients, learning what drives their businesses and helping shape their leadership teams. Headhunting and engaging top-tier talent, often for hard-to-fill or retained executive positions.
