We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team on contract/permanent basis to be based in Woking. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in system definition, architecture development, requirements specification, design/performance modelling, systems integration, system assessment, and acceptance. This role requires a systematic and structured approach to ensure high-quality output and effective stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Decompose high-level requirements into vehicle and system-level specifications, ensuring alignment with higher-level product and legal requirements. Provide design guidance to ensure system designs meet all necessary standards and requirements. Manage projects with basic planning, reporting, and governance within the area of responsibility. Utilize IBM Rational DOORS and Jama for requirements management. Use JIRA or similar tools for project tracking and management. Apply knowledge of standards such as Automotive SPICE, CMMI, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and Software Update Management Systems (SUMS).
