Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to a dynamic team of 9 within Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings for a team of 9.Support the team with international travel arrangements, including international trips.Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Assist with general office administration, reporting, and document management.Help streamline processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
