An award-winning and elite M&A advisory team is seeking to hire an Analyst or Associate to support its growing deal pipeline. Specialising in transactions across real assets including renewable energy, flexible power, real estate, and core economic and social infrastructure, this team advises some of the most sophisticated infrastructure investors, private equity funds, and developers in the market.

Role responsibilities:

  • Build and oversee detailed financial models to support valuations and transactions
  • Prepare key marketing materials: teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks
  • Support on active mandates throughout the full transaction process
  • Assist with due diligence across commercial, legal, and technical workstreams
  • Engage with clients, management teams, investors, and lenders
  • Support lender engagement and commercial negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to origination strategy
  • Attend client meetings and participate in industry events

About you:

  • Likely currently working at a fund, investment bank, or specialist financial advisory firm
  • Solid experience in infrastructure, corporate finance, accounting, or a related M&A advisory field
  • Strong technical ability in financial modelling and valuation
  • Deep interest in infrastructure and the energy transition
  • Commercially sharp, with an appreciation of the full M&A process
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of juggling competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Italian or German language skills would be highly beneficial
