Development Manager – 12 month FTC – North West PSR are currently working with a renowned developer looking for a dedicated Development Manager to join their team Role Overview This position involves managing and coordinating all stages of the development process, focusing on architectural and engineering aspects, technical solutions, and efficiency’s related to land acquisitions. The role will see you cover planning, pre-construction preparations, and build development up to the point of handover to the construction management team. It also involves resolving technical and design challenges that may arise on-site, while collaborating closely with various internal departments. Key Responsibilities Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or property development sector. Strong knowledge of planning condition compliance, plot amendments, drainage, highways adoption, utilities, materials, and NHBC standards. Excellent project management and leadership capabilities. Experience in a similar role overseeing and driving the delivery of ongoing developments, ensuring projects are completed efficiently Worked closely with local authorities and the NHBC Previous experience managing layout modifications and plot adjustments as needed. Strong stakeholder experience with consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers to secure essential technical information. Appoint, guide, and challenge external consultants to deliver cost-effective design solutions. Overseeing the preparation, coordination, review, and timely distribution of all technical documentation.
