Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share across the UK and Ireland
Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans

Proven track record in new business development and increasing sales in current accounts.
Experience selling fibre optic connectors and/or cables
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
