Head of Growth (remote)

JBM is working with a VC-backed AI startup with an incredible founding team, including an ex-unicorn founder and unicorn CTO.
They’re building a category-defining consumer app in the health and wellness space – and we’re looking for a Founding Head of Growth to help bring it to the world.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll:

Build and execute the full-funnel growth strategy.
Rapidly test and scale channels including paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit), influencer partnerships, SEO, and organic social.
Drive App Store Optimisation (ASO) to maximise acquisition.
Optimise user journeys and activation flows across web and app.
Manage creative production.
Build and lead a growth team (in-house and outsourced) as the company scale.

About You

Equally strong on strategy and execution — as excited about setting up an ad campaign as you are about building the growth roadmap.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for speed, experimentation, and scrappiness.
Deep experience in early-stage environments, ideally in consumer mobile apps.
Skilled across paid acquisition, creative testing, influencer marketing, and product growth loops.
Data-driven but pragmatic — you know how to move fast with imperfect information.
Strong experience with ASO, CRM/reactivation, and retention strategies.
