Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking construction business that\’s passionate about modern methods of construction (MMC). As Commercial Lead, you\’ll take full ownership of the commercial strategy and delivery of this transformative scheme. You\’ll lead commercial negotiations with stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers while developing innovative cost and value solutions that maintain project viability. You\’ll be responsible for managing risk and opportunity to protect and enhance project margins, building and leading a high-performing commercial team, and collaborating with design, planning and delivery teams to maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record leading commercial functions on large-scale construction projects (£500M+), sharp commercial acumen and exceptional negotiation skills. Experience with modern methods of construction and offsite manufacturing is essential, as is the strategic vision to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities. You\’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation is celebrated and possess strong leadership qualities to inspire and develop talented teams.
