Join Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Engineer in Motherwell We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team based in the vibrant city of Motherwell. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining various building systems, including HVAC, electricals, hot & cold water supply systems and lighting. Qualifications Required for Facilities Maintenance Engineer Role: Relevant engineering diploma or equivalent experience Skills/Experience Required for Facilities Maintenance Engineer Role: The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience working within facilities maintenance with knowledge across several areas such as M&E Engineering. Specifically we require someone who has skills/experience/knowledge in: HVAC – Knowledgeable about Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) system installation/maintenance/repairing principles that meet industry standards.
