Job Description Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner for their UK (Reading – RG7 2PQ) office. Our client operates in the Defense and Space Manufacturing, and their products and solutions are deployed in more than 300 programs and across 35 countries. POSITION SUMMARY The Human Resources Business Partner will drive the talent strategy and execution for the business and functions within their assigned client groups. This individual will need to partner closely with peers across the matrixed organizations to deliver thorough talent solutions. The HRBP will have accountability for multiple businesses/functions which may be located across our different sites in Spain, Geneva and UK.In addition, this role will include International HR projects concerning Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Solutions to deliver complete HR solutions to their internal executives, managers, and team members.
